When set to pulse, the fan varies its speed to generate a natural breeze effect, technology that is exclusive to the Alpha, Delta and Omega fans. The Alpha DC motor uses 60% less power consumption than a standard ceiling fan. It has 6 speeds in forward and reverse and comes complete with an integral remote control that also operates the reverse function.
