No use of buying original equipment

I bought this original accessories as I thought I would fit perfectly to the matching ceiling fan. Keep in mind the price is far beyond what is reasonable for a standard steel pipe.

However, the product quality is definitely poorer than standard DIY product. The product was dirty from production process - you wouldnt expect. Cleaning the rod is mandatory unless you want to destroy your carpets. And it even seems not very well designed to fit the ceiling fans. The cables were just 5 cm to short to enable a out-of-the-box installation...

Better buy standard DIY products - much cheaper same level of troubles.

Thank you for taking the time to rate this product. Our ceiling fans are supplied with 30" of cable, as this is sufficient for the majority of installations. We would be interested to know which model fan of ours you have so that we can investigate further. I am sorry that the rod you received was not clean - I will pass this feedback to our warehouse so it can be monitored.
