Delivery Costs & Times

Delivery is free to a UK Mainland address. 

UK Mainland excludes the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Please do not select free UK Mainland delivery if you live in these areas. For an accurate delivery price please proceed through the checkout and pricing will be displayed according to the delivery postcode provided, prior to any payment being requested. Alternatively please use our livechat or email our sales office at info@fantasiaceilingfans.com and we can obtain a delivery quotation for you. 

Small items such as switches, capacitors and other spare parts are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail

Medium size items such as glass shades, light kits, sets of blades and other accessories are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail recorded delivery

Ceiling fans are delivered via DPD couriers. Our standard DPD courier service is next working day for all orders received before midday. If you provide a mobile phone number at checkout then you will receive a one-hour delivery window on the morning of the delivery. If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, one further delivery attempt will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver then the goods will be returned to us. If you require re-delivery, we reserve the right to charge any additional shipping costs. 

Goods Damaged in Transit

If the package is damaged on arrival please either refuse the delivery or sign the delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged'.

Shortages

Any shortages in your delivery must be advised within 3 days of the date of delivery as recorded by our couriers. 

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. Damaged or broken glass does not constitute faulty goods, although damaged glass will be replaced. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt (see returns policy below). Fantasia Fans take no responsibility for any consequential loss or cost incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electrician fees or time taken from place of employment. 

Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

  • You must inform us in writing within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return any damaged or unwanted goods. The date of delivery will be as recorded by our couriers.
  • Unwanted items must not have been electrically installed, unpackaged or tampered with. 
  • Once we have your request for a return our customer services will give you an authorisation number. Goods returned without a returns authorisation number will not be accepted.
  • All goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such light bulbs. Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition.
  • Unwanted goods are returned at the customers' cost.
  • Your refund will be made within 7 days of return of the goods.
