Customer feedback via email April 2020

 "Hi guys

I am an elderly (almost) and very short lady. I am also a bit adventurous!

I live in a sweltering modern apartment with no outside space and rely on my Phoenix fan in hot weather. Last week it broke. Clearly, nobody could come to help me out because of the lockdown. However, I managed to source the right part, and today I replaced the faulty remote receiver thanks to the video on your website. Thankfully I had a stepladder, but the instructions, both in your video and in the leaflet were clear and precise, and it took me half an hour to fix the fan (with the help of a step ladder and rudimentary knowledge of electrics).

All working fine now and I am keeping my cool!! Thank you for providing such good instructions, and for the design which makes it so easy to fix.

Heather Reed (64yrs old with heart disease and now a passable electrician!)"
